What is S.P.h fitness ?

Here at S.P.H Fitness I prioritise getting you as strong and as healthy as possible, to get those results you've been chasing.

My mission is simple - To help and inspire as many people as possible to become the best versions of themselves through fitness and exercise.

To find a passion for improving their life !

Too many people lack confidence, lack belief and don't show up for themselves meaning they ultimately don't put their physical and mental health first.

This is a big problem and I'm are here to help !

My Story

I used to be lost, unhappy, I had 0 confidence and felt like I wasn't getting the most out of life.

Sound familiar ?

Fitness didn't just change my life, it most likely saved it

Every weekend I partied the days and nights away, only to wake up on the Monday waiting for the weekend to do it all over.

I felt like I was wasting my life and I was.

Back then I lacked confidence, was unmotivated, scared to try new things and I felt like I was stuck in a rut. Doing the same thing over and over and over.

Not only did fitness make me prioritise my health, it made me show up for myself day in and day out. Over time the discipline and dedication kicked in and all I wanted to do was to make improvements to my life.

I stoped all the nonsense and started living.

Since then I've travelled the world, been to Mt Everest Base Camp, started my own business and I'm soon to compete in my first Powerlifting show.

ALL BECAUSE I STARTED TO BELIVE IN MYSELF.

I stopped being sad, shy, lacking in confidence and lost the feeling that I had to 'fit in'.

I gained unmatched believe in myself, wanted to push myself as far as I could go, put myself and my health first, learned to chase my dreams and ultimately be the best version of myself that I could be.

All thanks to fitness.
